We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase with us. If your purchase from IFISH is not quite right, simply send it back within 30 days of receipt for an easy exchange or refund.
FYO accepts returns and exchanges made within 30 days of receipt. We only accept returns or exchanges if item is unworn and is in “as-sold” condition. Items returned in such merchantable condition will be returned at purchaser’s expense or discarded, at purchaser’s option.
If your item(s) comply with the above, you will need to include the completed return slip. To help keep the returned item(s) safe in transit please neatly fold and place shirts in a puncture proof poly plastic shipping envelope/bag and return all hats in a box.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. You will need to pay for return shipping but we will ship any exchanged item(s) to you for free of charge (international orders are not eligible for free returns.) To help keep the returned item(s) must be shipped using USPS using a tracking option. We cannot assume responsibility for misdirected or lost shipments.

Once we receive your package our team will verify its contents and inspect the item(s) to ensure it is in “as-sold” condition. Your credit card or debit card account will be credited the purchase price of the returned item(s) upon processing and verification that the content complies with our return policy. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
